All our produce is certified organic by Ecocert Canada. In addition, we source our fruits and vegetables exclusively from local, certified organic farms.
Although our commitment to sustainable agriculture goes beyond organic certification, we believe that the stringent specifications of Ecocert Canada's Organic Certification guarantee produce free of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides to our customers.
Small-scale agriculture is a model which is based on the connection between the farmer and his environment, making use of resources in a respectful and sustainable way. This model, with little automation, allows the practice of a productive and intensive agriculture, without harming the environment.
